SAMPLE OUR CULINARY DELIGHTS

A charming Caribbean home style décor, dark wood lattice arc ways, colourful local artist displayed on vaulted walls, a milieu of colours and patterns adorning wooden tables and chairs, a cozy and comfortable sitting area complimented by lively green plants, the sound of trickling water from the rustic water fountains and most importantly the scent of fresh Creole cuisine caressing the air. No, it’s not paradise, it’s Paradise Plum.
The “Plum” as it is affectionately called is 3,395 sq ft of dining area, spacious yet personal and comfortable and currently operates from Monday to Friday from 6.30 am -7 pm. The cafeteria provides healthy, nutritious, and tasty breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack items to personnel at South West Regional Health Authority (SWRHA) and members of the public.
